This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Wavee and Wavee Pets ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable local laws.
This policy applies to all users, including residents, concierges, businesses, pet owners, and guests.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform to:
Violate laws or regulations, including data protection, intellectual property, and advertising standards.
Upload harmful or illegal content, including malware, phishing links, defamatory statements, or false advertising.
Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or group on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
Impersonate another person, business, or building authority.
Spam or flood communities or user inboxes with promotional content or repetitive messaging.
Upload explicit, violent, or offensive material, including imagery that is inappropriate for families or minors.
Post or promote animal cruelty or unethical pet practices (Wavee Pets-specific).
Tamper with or reverse-engineer any element of the Wavee platform or mobile apps.
Collect data or scrape content without written permission.
Business & Advertising Use
If you are a business using the Wavee Business Portal or Wavee Pets, you must:
Only promote legitimate, local, and lawful services.
Honour all offers, discounts, or promotions you advertise.
Use advertising features responsibly — no misleading or exaggerated claims.
Refrain from uploading low-quality, spammy, or irrelevant promotional content.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Concierge & Resident Interactions
Wavee is built to support positive, respectful communication between concierge teams, residents, and building management. Users must not:
Use the platform to criticise or confront staff or neighbours publicly. Constructive concerns should be addressed via private channels.
Share sensitive building or resident information without consent.
Abuse chat or live notifications for non-essential or personal issues.
Wavee Pets-Specific Use
In the Wavee Pets app, users must not:
Post or promote animal cruelty, unethical breeding, or misleading pet health information.
Share unverified pet services (e.g. boarding or vet care) without proper licensing.
Engage in harassment or judgement toward other pet owners or providers.
Wavee Pets is a positive, community-focused space — please help us keep it that way.
Security & Integrity
To maintain a safe environment, you must not:
Attempt to access unauthorised accounts or building data.
Introduce viruses, bots, or scripts that may affect the platform’s performance.
Bypass or disable any security or verification features.
Enforcement & Reporting
Violations of this policy may result in:
Content removal
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Notification to law enforcement (if applicable)
