Lead UX/UI for resident and concierge apps, turning complex AI‑driven workflows into intuitive, elegant journeys. Conduct lightweight research with residents and staff, prototype quickly, and maintain a consistent, premium visual language across platforms.
Own relationships with property partners, onboarding new buildings and training staff. Monitor adoption and engagement, gather feedback, and translate it into product improvements so Wavee feels like five‑star service at home for every resident community.
