    The Role

    We’re looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to lead the charge in

    onboarding new buildings and building local partnerships. You’ll be the face of Wave AI for

    property managers, concierge staff, and local service providers—from gyms and pet groomers to

    wellness clinics and cafés.

    This role is ideal for someone ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership. If

    Key Responsibilities

    • Onboard residential buildings to the Wave AI platform, managing the full B2B sales cycle

    • Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, and concierge teams

    • Recruit and manage a network of local businesses and service providers that integrate with

    our resident-facing platform

    • Collaborate with our tech and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

    and campaign success

    • Track and report sales KPIs while continuously refining strategy

    • Represent Wave AI at meetings, expos, and resident community events

    The Role: Administrative & Operations Coordinator

    We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our fast-paced team. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our internal operations run smoothly, supporting client onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and liaising between departments.

    Key Responsibilities
