Welcome to Wavee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wavee and Wavee Pets, operated by Wave Ai Ltd (“Wavee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platforms, apps, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using Wavee or Wavee Pets.

1. Who We Are

Wavee is a digital platform that connects residents, concierges, businesses, and pet owners within a building or neighbourhood community. We operate two products:

• Wavee – Our core residential app and web platform

• Wavee Pets – A standalone mobile app focused on pet-related services and communities

2. Eligibility

To use Wavee or Wavee Pets, you must be:

• At least 16 years of age

• A verified resident, concierge, local business, or pet owner (as applicable)

• Able to enter into legally binding agreements

If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use our services.

3. Account Registration and Verification

You may be required to create an account and provide certain personal details. For residents, Wavee uses concierge or building manager verification to ensure authenticity.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

Wavee reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that are fraudulent, misused, or violate these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Wavee and Wavee Pets for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Post abusive, offensive, or misleading content

• Attempt to access or tamper with other users' accounts

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools

• Use the platform for illegal commercial gain

• Harass residents, concierges, businesses, or pet owners

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards or legal guidelines.

5. Business & Advertising Content

Businesses using the Wavee Business Portal or Wavee Pets Portal must:

• Provide accurate business details

• Honour any promotions or services advertised

• Refrain from false advertising, spam, or offensive material

Wavee reserves the right to remove any content or advertising it deems inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

6. Pet Content and Community Standards

Users of Wavee Pets may upload pet-related photos, videos, and reviews. You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, graphic, or inappropriate content

• Promote animal cruelty or unethical services

• Impersonate others or use fake pet profiles

Wavee has zero tolerance for any form of abuse or exploitation involving animals.

7. Fees & Subscriptions

• Most features of Wavee are free for residents and property managers.

• Businesses may pay a monthly fee for listing and promotional services.

• Premium services (e.g., paid ads, sponsored content) are billed as specified during purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to Wavee and Wavee Pets is the intellectual property of Wavee or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.

However, you retain rights to content (images, posts, videos) you upload, and grant us a licence to display it as part of the platform’s functionality.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Wavee may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

• You violate these Terms

• We are required to do so by law

• Your account is inactive for an extended period

Termination will not affect any outstanding obligations or rights accrued up to that point.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wavee is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform

• We are not responsible for transactions or disputes between users or between users and businesses

You use Wavee and Wavee Pets at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
