All personal information — from messages and parcel alerts to profile details — is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

2. Concierge-Verified Access

All resident accounts are verified by concierge or building management teams, ensuring only authorised users access building-specific networks.

3. Data Segmentation

Resident, concierge, business, and pet-related data are stored separately and only accessible to the relevant user groups under strict permissions.

4. Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)

We’re introducing optional 2FA to further secure your account login and activity.

5. Secure Servers

All data is hosted in Tier 1 cloud environments within the UK/EU, protected by firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits.

6. Regular Security Reviews

We conduct ongoing vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and internal reviews to proactively identify and fix security risks.

Data Use Transparency

We only use your data for:

  • Account creation and verification

  • Communicating with residents or concierges

  • Delivering services like parcel alerts, visitor management, forums, or pet bookings

  • Showing relevant offers or local business promotions (non-intrusive advertising)

  • Improving app performance and user experience

Incident Response & Breach Protocols

In the unlikely event of a data breach:

  • We will notify affected users and the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) within 72 hours as required by law.

  • We will investigate and take immediate action to mitigate risk and prevent recurrence.
