At Wavee, we’re building communities that are welcoming, respectful, and secure — both in real life and online. These Moderation & Community Guidelines apply to all users of Wavee and Wavee Pets, including residents, concierge teams, local businesses, and pet owners.
By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines and support a positive digital environment.

Respectful — Differences of opinion are expected, but personal attacks are not.
Authentic — Users must be real people and businesses, verified by our onboarding process.
Accountable — Everyone shares responsibility for upholding community standards.
Content Moderation Standards
Wavee is actively monitored and moderated to ensure a safe and constructive environment. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment or bullying of any kind
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation
Hate speech, threats, or incitement of violence
Spamming or repetitive promotional content
False or misleading information, especially in local business or pet service listings
Inappropriate content, including explicit language, violent imagery, or graphic posts
Trolling, flame wars, or inflammatory remarks
Pet cruelty or unethical animal practices (Wavee Pets-specific)
Unauthorised advertising, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial activity
Wavee Pets Community Rules
The pet side of our platform is a friendly, supportive space. Please:
Share only kind, non-judgemental pet content
Avoid unsolicited medical advice unless you're a certified vet or professional
Promote ethical and legal pet businesses and services
Flag inappropriate or abusive content immediately
Posting Best Practices
Keep your tone respectful and neighbourly
Use forums and polls for constructive discussion
Don’t post private conversations or screenshots without permission
Share accurate and helpful information when recommending businesses or services
Stay on-topic within building-specific groups or forums
Enforcement & Moderation Process
We use a combination of:
Automated content detection tools
Human moderators
Community reporting features
Violations may result in:
Content removal
Temporary account suspension
Permanent bans (for repeated or serious infractions)
Reporting to authorities if behaviour breaks the law
How to Report a Violation
If you see content that violates these guidelines:
Use the “Report” button in the app
Or email us at report@wavee.ai
Provide a screenshot or description of the issue
Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours, and action is taken as appropriate.
